Guest guest
Hey everyone, I think it has been like 5 days since I have taken any armour and I feel the exact same as when I was normally taking 7 + grains. I almost feel to the hyper side at times? Is this big of a change all part of the autoimmune attack or should I get an hyperT autoimmune panel done? Hope you are all doing well, ************************************** See AOL's top rated recipes (http://food.aol.com/top-rated-recipes?NCID=aoltop00030000000004)
Guest guest
It will take longer than 5 days for you to feel different. It seems to come on gradually. I would catalog any new or different feeling from the day you went off, for at least a month to six weeks. Guest guest
Gracia- That's a pretty vague statement and I have no idea what you're trying to say. I am always interested in what you have to say but I'm not getting anything from that post. Every hypo/hyper person is that way because of not enough iodine - is that what you're saying? hyper/hypo is iodine deficiency. Guest guest
I think the half life of T4 is about a week [???] while that of T3 is a matter of hours. So I would think that if your feelings of wellness [or whatever] were a result of the T4 then you are probably correct. But some people seem to react [feeling wise] to the T3 in Armour; some even calling it " the feel good hormone " . So I would suspect that if you need T3 to feel good then its absence would be noticed in less than 5 days. OTOH I don't have all of this down pat, so corrections may be in order... > > Re: Both hyper and hypoT? > <hypothyroidism/message/33624;_ylc=X3oDMTJxZHVrYXZ\ mBF9TAzk3MzU5NzE1BGdycElkAzE0NTY2NARncnBzcElkAzE3MDkyNTEwODIEbXNnSWQDMzM2MjQEc2V\ jA2Rtc2cEc2xrA3Ztc2cEc3RpbWUDMTE5ODQwNjE0MQ--> > > > > Posted by: " Roni Molin " matchermaam@... > <mailto:matchermaam@...?Subject=%20Re%3A%20Both%20hyper%20and%20hypoT%3F> > matchermaam <matchermaam> > > > Sun Dec 23, 2007 12:10 am (PST) > > It will take longer than 5 days for you to feel different. Guest guest
yes that's what I am saying and that's what iodine was used for years ago. you could do the testing at http://www.helpmythyroid.com read the research at http://www.optimox.com I should have been given Iodoral as a child. I would have had a very different life. Gracia Gracia- That's a pretty vague statement and I have no idea what you're trying to say. Guest guest
That seems like a reasonable explanation to me; thanks.
