I was taking decongestants too and found that it

raised my blood pressure. I'm interested to know what

you do when you need decongestants now?

I think everyone is confusing Ma Huang tea (herbal ephedra) and Wu-long,

which is just fermented regular tea (compare Oolong tea). Fermentation

concentrates good things, such as flavanoids and antioxidants, but also

not so good things, such as fluoride and caffeine.

Thanks Venizia, I think I was reacting to the rebound

effect of the sudafed too.
