Years ago I took a graduate course on personality theories. I was surprised to learn that many physicians test in categories of personalities that are strongly motivated to CONTROL other people. Others are driven by investigative curiosity, the same as most of the sciences. Both of these common types tend to be relatively low on the sympathy scales.
