ahh well you hit on a controversial topic. most will say wait 30 to 60 minutes

before eating or drinking, but a few say you can eat immediately afterward. I

still don't know what the correct timing is. I usually wait between 30 to 60

minutes depending on the day and how hypoglycemic I am.

Subject: Question.

I take my Armour under the tongue and it dissolves very quickly. How long

should I wait to eat or take any other supplements after I take the Armour

sublingually? I am concerned that I am not waiting long enough.
