Guest guest
Hi all, I'm new here, but not that new to many of Bee's diet guidelines, learned over the years from reading and Naturepaths. I just haven't been following it closely. I have 2 small children 4yrs and 8 months. So I'm tired and my immune system is low and probably why I'm here with candidia overgrowth and yeast infection that I'm battling right now. So, my questions are: how can I go about killing candida while nursing? I probably can't take the herbs, so just diet? and super slow? I certainly can't reduce my caloric intake, which is very high. I do find it hard to reduce carbs as I am very hungry so I can feed the baby. What are some of your suggestions? And does anyone have a good recipie site? I need simple things that are fast!!! Thanks,
