Guest guest
Hi I have had a number of health related issues for the last 5-6 years (well thats as far back as I can remember). These include anxiety, depression, flushing (rosacea maybe),a general feeling of being warm, trouble breathing, and dry mouth to name a few. I have also had bad constipation which I am thinking of seeing a doctor about. Anyway I have done the spit test and quiz and both suggest I have candida. Recently I tryed a sugar/yeast free diet which lasted all of 1 week mainly due to fact I required a different meal to others each night. Now I have a couple of questions I was hoping you may be able to help me with. Firstly I am very skinny for age/height. My concern is that I need to build some mass before trying this plan otherwise my health could be affected. I dont know if candida would potentially be affecting my absorption of vitamins/minerals etc. Therefore the diet/plan could be the best path to resolve this issue. Does anyone have any opinions on this? Secondly, are there any tests that are done by a doctor to determine if someone has candida? I feel I need some way to prove this is a problem (assuming it is) as opposed to simply taking a quiz or the spit test. Anyway, I seriously hope I can work out what is wrong as it has been like this for some time. Marcus
