Guest guest
Hello Bee, I am easing myself and two of my children onto the candida diet. I have located all of the supplements for myself, but am having trouble finding supplements my children will be able to take. They are ages 2 and 4. I don't think they will be able to swallow pills, so I have been looking for chewable or liquids. All that I have located have sweeteners or other additives. What do you suggest? My four year old might be able to swallow small pills, but I know the 2 year old would not. Do you know of any brands that would work in chewable or liquid? Also, I have a 3 month old baby who has started developing cradle cap, and he also spits up a lot, so I am assuming he also has candida. He is exclusively breastfeeding and will not have any solids until he gets his first tooth, which probably won't be until he is at least 10 months. What would you suggest I start doing for him? Is there anything I can do until he is weaned in a few years? I'm assuming the breastmilk is a food that feeds the candida because of the lactose in it, so I can't put him on the diet until he weans, but are there other things I can start doing for him? Thanks for your help! --------------------------------- Access over 1 million songs - Music Unlimited.
