Guest guest
Now I am obsessed with my adrenals, as I haven't been able to take very much armour for the last few days (due to my heartbeat skipping...it's really stressing me out...) So, when I was up to 3 1/2 grains, my TSH was low .1 and I was still gaining weight...despite my exercise program, not eating out, eating whole foods, juicing, etc.. After doing a lot of research, I am finding that Adrenals are mainly affected... Guest guest
I hope you don't have atrial fibrillation too, like me. It's an awful feeling. My TSH was <.01> and that convinced the doctors that the Afib was from too much thyroid. I'm feeling better today, and hope going back to 1gr in the am and 1 in the afternoon will work. I hope you feel better. Guest guest
Hi Roni, Thanks for the encouragement. I'll do some research on the atrial fibrillation. I am going back to a low dose of armour and really looking into my adrenals. I know I need to repair the many years of stress that I put on myself. Blessings and thanks!!
