Well, I would like to know the answer to that question too. I just started

taking 250mg of

Magnesium this morning. I don't need any other problems to arise.

the magnesium dose is too low, what kind of mag is it? I take 400-500mg/day.

you might need more estrogen. I take 5mg estradiol per day, but iodine seems

to be changing my need for hormones. I am having a hard time figuring it out.

OOPS - my fingers got ahead of my brain.

Last paragraph should read " I take 112mcg Synthroid and approx 7 mcg Cytomel

daily.

The magnesium dosage is 125 mg and CoQ10 is 50mg.

Tks

but it can make a person drowsy too. You might want to look out for that, as

we have a predisposition to feeling sleepy :-)

must take A LOT of time and patience. I'm sure it will be so beautiful when

it's done though :-)
