Guest guest
Well, I would like to know the answer to that question too. I just started taking 250mg of Magnesium this morning. I don't need any other problems to arise. Venizia > > Could adding magnesium 125 mg and CoQ10 50 mg to my regimen cause me to need > less Synthroid and Cytomel. Guest guest
the magnesium dose is too low, what kind of mag is it? I take 400-500mg/day. you might need more estrogen. I take 5mg estradiol per day, but iodine seems to be changing my need for hormones. I am having a hard time figuring it out. Gracia Could adding magnesium 125 mg and CoQ10 50 mg to my regimen cause me to need less Synthroid and Cytomel. Suddenly, I'm sweating like I did when I was taking too much Cytomel. Hours long sweating - very debilitating and tiring. (Its not menopause, I'm taking my HRT, .075 estradiol patch, testosterone gel and prometrium). I take 112 mcg Synthroid and approx 7 mcg - daily. Meds are taken about 6 AM (pill pack by my bedside), and I arise about 10 A.M. so there's no food or other drug interference. Thanks for any info.
