Bee and others,

I have had a bump (size of a nickle and about 1/2 inch raised off skin)

on my upper chest area for several years now. It developed over time

after I repeatedly squeezed a blackhead in that location - it would

swell up and finally it just stayed like that and now is a hard bump.I

would like to have it removed and my N.P. says I could have it burned

off. I don't know much about this procedure and am wondering if it's a

safe thing to do to the body? I'm concerned with what they might inject

around it first but don't know if that's a valid concern. I'm also

wondering if anyone knows of alternatives to try? I've put hot packs on

it (suggested by my N.P.) but it just turns red for a short time and

that's it.

==> Anita T., I have good reasons to believe that all skin eruptions

and symptoms are caused by toxins - see the " C) Skin Problems &

Treatments " Folder in our Group's files for help for your skin. Also

it is important do everything you can to help your body detoxify -

see the " B) Candida Symptoms, Help For " Folder for " How to Detoxify

Effectively. "

When I increased my saturated fats about 5 years ago the moles on my

back started itching, getting dry, flaking, and then they just

scratched off with a fingernail and were gone!

The best to you.
