Help With Egg Drink

I'm looking for suggestions on making the egg drink a bit more

palatable. I'm usually pretty good at stomaching foods that most people

would gag at, but at this point, I'm not confident that the egg drink

will last as a daily breakfast unless I make it taste a bit better.

The first problem is that the butter and coconut oil aren't mixed very

well in the blender and I end up drinking small chunks of fat which I

find unpleasant. Do others have this problem? Maybe I need a better

blender?

The second problem is adding some taste. Cinnamon doesn't add enough

taste and Stevia is too sweet. Anything else I can try adding? It

doesn't have to taste great, I just don't want to resort to forcing it

down every morning.
