Guest guest Posted January 28, 2007 Report Share Posted January 28, 2007 Hi everyone, For those who are retaining water, please ensure you are drinking enough good water, but not too much, and that you consume enough ocean sea salt, at least 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons per day. The body retains water when it doesn't have enough salt to help regulate blood pressure, and to regulate water inside and outside the cells. Often more ocean sea salt rather than less helps the body get rid of water. For more information do a site search on Sea Salt on my website.
