Guest guest
Hello, The cheapest pau d'arco tea I found was this one: http://www.totaldiscountvitamins.com/default.asp? CatalogID=6421 & SubfolderID=76 & AssocID=nextag Is this good quality, or is there a particular brand you recommend Bee? Or am I much better off buying the bulk herb and making tea from that? (I would also like to find a bagged tea, as I'm helping a friend out too with candida & wants the bagged stuff) I was also wondering, if I do get the loose pau d'arco, is it a good idea to mix it 50/50 with yerba mate and drink 4-5 cups of that a day? Because in the pau d'arco article in your files, it says that adding yerba mate creates a synergistic effect in the fight against candida. My only concern was that yerba mate is known to be a stimulant - shouldn't we avoid any stimulants? thanks! xx
