Guest guest
Hi Bee Let me give you a little background about myself: I was vegan for four years, until I starting losing to much weight, feeling weak, digestive problems, anemia, and cessation of menstruation. I discovered the Weston A Price foundation and slowly changed my diet for about 3 months now. I am feeling a lot better- eating liver once a week, bone broths, lots of butter and 1 tbs of coconut oil before each meal. It was just the other day when I decided I may have a candida problem. I started experiencing mild die-off symptoms. I think the coconut oil and eating less carbs has a lot to do with it. It's been a few days that I have been following your candida diet, and still feel really foggy and tired and hungry all the time. But my main question is: do you think candida has anything to do with my cessation of menstruation? It's been almost a year since I've had a period. I'm 23. I was hoping my diet change would help, but there may be more to it than that. Maybe these things take more time, but I was just wondering if you've come across anything like this before with other women. Any advice would be helpful.
