Will vitamin C flush help with constipation?

I can't seem to have a normal bowel movement. Only when I'm anxious

about something will I go to the bathroom. I've had this problem for

about a year now. I'm wondering if my constipation has anything to do

with the fact that I don't eat salads anymore. I burned myself out on

them after eating a big bowl of salad twice a day. Will the vitamin C

flush help? I'm really nervous about doing it. Everything I've read

about Vitamin C through the Weston Price Foundation tells me not to

overdo it on Vitamin C because it taxes the adrenals. But everything

Bee has said so far has been true for me, so maybe I should just take

a leap of fatih, huh?

P.S- I took a spit test before I started this diet and it tested

positive, looking like a jellyfish. I took it again a few days ago,

and the spit disappeared. I think i read the spit test was

unreliable, but it sure did motivate me to want to continue doing the

diet. Maybe my constipation will be a thing of the past soon too, huh?
