eating mold

I've tried and tried to read everything I could, past messages, my

own research, and I can't figure this one out. It seems like we can

eat mold and yeast if it is in a lacto-fermented product, but I'm

confused what makes this is okay. I have been reading about making

your own rejuvelac, sauerkraut, and raw apple cider vinegar, and I'm

seeing lots of experience of mold even in homemade, and with the ACV

they are using yeast to make it. I know you can't make mold healthy

even if you boil it. So what is it in the lacto fermentation process

that neutralizes the mold and the yeast so we can eat it? I'm sure the

answer is simple, I just can't find it. Joanna

==>Joanna, lacto-fermented (or fermented) foods and drinks do not

create molds, nor do they contain yeast. They are totally different

than foods that mold or rot and yeasty-type foods like breads and
