==>Oh no Perihan. Do not use cortisone cream; it is highly

toxic/poisonous to the body and it will only cause more problems and

increase your candida overgrowth. All drugs suppress symptoms and do

not treat the " cause " , which is a depressed immune system.

may also be a healing reaction as I have upped my fat intake

==>Yes, do hang in there. Natural healing takes time, patience, and

persistence on the program. Do ensure you are taking ALL of the
