Hi .

From long experience in taking niacin, (I got up to 3 grams (3000mg) a day

once, in the eighties on a detox/purification regime), you'll find that if

you've eaten recently, the flush will often be less pronounced.

In the past I've taken just a 100mg tablet after a light meal, (my regular

daily dose) and had a huge flush reaction, on the other hand I've often taken

the same dose and hardly felt anything at all. The fullness of stomach seems

to have a regulating influence on the speed and intensity of reaction, but

not always - there seems to be an arbitrary factor that I haven't spotted yet!

Cheers

fast to me, i thought it took a good 1/2 hour for the supplement to

make it to the intestine. I hope my stomach is taking the appropriate

time to digest my food. "
