Guest guest
I try to buy mostly local, organic when possible. Here are some of my weekly items I buy: 2 dozen - eggs 4.50 dozen 1 1/2 butter at 5.99 lb chicken liver 2.19 lb ground beef 6.99 lb bacon 6.99 lb 2 wild salmon at 13.99 lb 3 soup bones at 2.29 lb 2 epson salt at 3.99 each Misc Vegs - onions, garlic, cauliflower, tomatoes, basil, artichokes, asparagus, brocolli, zucchini Healthy Trinity Probiotic 24.99 (two week supply) raw sauerkraut 7.69 jar (monthly) coconut oil 28.00 gal (monthly) olive oil 13.00 bottle (monthly) Other Supplements - probably about 100 monthly? (blue ice cod liver, etc) Tea I spend a small fortune to stay healthy.......but it's a small price to pay. This does not even include my YMCA membership for swimming, and my massages. I have way less money now for other things, but thats OK (for me, not according to my kids, lol). Hopefully I can get healthy enough to get a job to start paying for all this!
