Guest guest
Hi all, Just a question with fruit. I totally understand why it is not good for candida sufferers and I would never argue it should be eaten when trying to cure this problem. My question relates to the " advice for health people " as in once better or if you have no aliments...just wondering why fruit is still bad for them? It is a natural food afteral...is it just too high in sugars? So everyone should limit it? I, for one, will always have to stay away from fruit...I have a true addiction...it has been my challenge to give up and the source of ALL my cheats...Even as a child I would stand and pick the sultanas out of the cereal box...drove my dad nuts...so I have always been a sugar finder...always had candida...it seems... Anyway...just wondering.. Lelita
