I have used that book many times for ideas and they

are more flexible with the food choices. Its a good

one!

That one ONLY comes WITH the CIA model. It can't be purchased from Vitamix seperately like the, "Live Fresh" cookbook can. I know a LOT of people who would like to get their hands on the Creations cookbook.
