I have had the same issues; seemed to be " leaky gut, " lots of food

sensitivities. It didn't seem to be candida because I never have had the

more obvious symptoms, like thrush or something more external. I have

never " tested " positive for it with any kind of test nor through muscle

testing. I don't score obviously one way or another on the questionaire;

I believe I came out " possible. " But I decided to try this because

nothing else seemed to work. I found Weston A Price/Sally Fallon 6 years

ago, and tried making the changes she recommends. Then I reduced carbs.

Then I cut out dairy and gluten completely (I cut out sugar ages ago).

None of that did it. It wasn't until I cut out all carbs except the low

ones that I stopped having painful bloating like I was. I still bloat

some now (without pain), but I have been more strict with the diet

lately, and I think that my bloating lately may be more die-off or if I

eat too much at one meal. I must say, though, that doing this diet is

not easy. People make fun of you or act like you are crazy and

endangering your health (hard to avoid this when visiting family, etc.)

and it is a big job to keep on top of the supplements and making sure to

get the right ratios. It has taken me a long time to integrate all of

the necessary habits into my life. I think it is best to take it slow

and try to do each new step accurately.
