Guest guest
Hello, So are we saying that Xylitol is OK on the diet? I am unsure of xylitol, as it is processed and relatively new on the market. But all the literature seems to say it is good for teeth, good for fighting candida, and has absolutely no ill effects. I couldn't find anything bad about it. Do we trust this? I used to use it quite regularly, but I felt it was stopping weight loss. Still not convinced ... it seems to good to be true! It tastes just like sugar. Would be interested to hear your thoughts on this Bee! Are we adding xylitol to our allowed list? take care, xx
