Guest guest
> > Hi All, > > I have been on the diet for over a month now, strictly. In the last > week I have developed a rash under my breasts. I have had this rash in the past when i have been on low carbs diets but now on this low carb diet it is more red and worse. In the past I have put this down to washing detergent but this time I am thnking maybe it is actually a die off reaction? But if so why would it be there? ==>It is a die-off reaction because the body externalizes toxins to the skin, which is the best way to get rid of them so that vital inner organs are protected. See this Dei-Off Symptoms article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php ==>You can use the Site Search (top-right) on my website to search for any information - also search for Healing Symptoms, Rash, Skin, and there are more articles on die-off. > > I have also been feeling exceedingly weak..which is die off too yes? ==>Fatigue is also a symptom of die-off because your body is getting rid of so many toxins from the candida and other accumulations of toxins. Also search on my website for Fatigue. Yes, you are on track! Good for you Lelita. Luv, Bee
Guest guest
Thanks Bee, So good to know I am on track. Would there be any reason why the rash is only under my breasts though and not in other places? I am itchy all over but no rash. Guest guest
Does anyone know what a similar rash is that I get like in the inside part of my elbow that is darker that my skin, kind of reddish brown blotches that are ever so slightly raised and at times goes away when I rub it or just blow air on it. Bee diet seems to have gotten rid of it, even if know I seem to need one of the Chinese back scratches in most rooms of my house! Guest guest
I have had rashes both on the inside of my elbows and under the breasts. Before I started any sort of diet, I would notice a direct relation between drinking beer (which I did on practically a daily basis - ahhh!) and the rash under my breasts. So very obviously candida! The elbow rash is now back, but I truly hope that is just my body healing itself! in Texas > > Does anyone know what a similar rash is that I get like in the inside part of my elbow that is darker that my skin, kind of reddish brown blotches that are ever so slightly raised and at times goes away when I rub it or just blow air on it. I suspect that your rash is toxins coming out through the skin. To help pull it out I suggest taping Pau D'Arco Tea bags to it whenever possible. Soak the tea bags in a small amount of boiling water, cool them a little, and then cover them with gauze taped in place with adhesive tape. Or you could mix 3% hydrogen peroxide 50/50 with sterile water, soak gauze with it, and tape it in place. The itching is caused by the immune system putting out histamines it uses to heal - see this article: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/treat14.php I hope that helps. I have gotten a rash on my upper belly since I started the diet. It comes and goes, but I've never had this kind of rash before so I'm convinced it's a healing response. ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Boardwalk for $500? Guest guest
Almost immediately upon starting Bee's plan, I too had a rash develop in a circular area around my belly button and it would break out and recede regularly until about two weeks ago. I've been on the diet for over 6 months now and i'm hoping that the disappearance of the rash means that my body has completed whatever healing it needed to do at that location. It sure is exciting to watch my body doing its thing. > > I have gotten a rash on my upper belly since I started > the diet.
