Hi ,

I'm sorry to hear you're feeling so rotten. If I remember correctly,

you were recently doing a lot better. Have you made any specific

changes lately that might be contributing to how bad you're feeling now?

Have you tried the 9-day plan?

* & * & ,

Try going slowly with anything you are doing right

now. too much is not always the best way to approach

it.

If you are doing th coconut oil try cutting it out

until the bowel calms down.

Try contacting a dr if this does not subside as it may

not be related to the diet.

Hi, Everyone.

Thanks for your support and replies, to those of you who took the time

to respond.

I'm feeling pretty miserable still. I feel like I'm half going crazy,

literally. Today was a very difficult day at the office, but I managed

somehow to get through it in one piece.

Regarding going too fast: See, the thing is that I don't really know

that I am going too fast. I've essentially been on the program now for

up to 9 months now, doing light coconut oil here and there for pretty

much the entire time.

I'm currently not taking any other antifungals other than coconut oil

at the current time (and for roughly the past month or month & a 1/2).

And even now I'm probably about less than or equal to 2 1/2

tablespoons daily, spread out between 3 meals.

Even Bee, as sick as she was, was able to move on to antifungals after

6 months, but I don't seem to be able to even tolerate 5-6 tablespoons

of coconut oil yet, at going on a 3/4 of year.

I'm pretty frustrated with this, and am always questioning whether

candida is really the culprit, or is perhaps other issues are

underlying my difficulties.

I get very depressed so easily, and find myself slipping into dark

moods where contemplation of suicide is usually abundant. I just want

this to end, but am trying my best to stay away from 'allopathic'

medicine like 'toxic' anti-depressant drugs, and such.

Most times I am doubting whether I will ever be able to be happy again

and rid myself of whatever is ailing me, be it candida or other

issues. My IBS obviously seems to lend to the idea that intestinal

pathogens or candida is a factor in my ill-health. And if it is not,

and it is more of a hormonal issue or serotogenic imbalance issue,

then will I ever be able to rebalance myself? To restore myself to at

least some level of hapiness?

Just thinking out loud to help ease some of my pain and frustration.

Thanks again to all those who are reading and providing support. Best

wishes to everyone.

Hey ,

Are you taking most of your vitamins with food?

Also check your probiotic intake at this point (if any) and

yes...too many yeast killers at once will make you really sick.

Give the body a chance to slowly kill these critters at first, then

go for the all out attack when your ready. A few die-off sessions

will soon tell you that.

Hang in there.

, do you eat any vegetables, meaning carbs with some bulk

or fiber ? You've had loose stools way too long. I did too til I

cut way back to 2 & 1/2 T/ of VCO, same as you, & added broccoli,

one tomato per day & sauerkraut. Try to get some bulk in there.

I know you can do it. Susie

Hi ,

I can empathise with your feeling awful.

Are you doing the antifungals to fast. There will be a lot of mold toxins in

your blood

For me Vit C helps to detoxify the mold toxins.

Also have you tried the coffee enema to remove the toxins in your liver and

blood quickly so you don't have to suffer. I'm still going through the tons of

info so I may say the wrong thing, but those were the things which helped me

previously

Hang in there ,

I have had a hell of a road too. It is worth the perseverence. We have

to hold on to the vision of health that we are creating. Backsliding only

prolongs the misery, we have all had our share. I don't know about you, but I

am

ready to get my life back, 100%. The only way out is through, but we are not

alone. Keep it up, you know you can get through it once your mind is really

clear and focused.

Best wishes and perfect health,

Terry

Hello, everyone.

Thanks again to all those who took the time to read and reply. I'm

currently not taking any probiotics, because I haven't reached that

portion of the program yet. Also, I don't think I'm overdoing the

antifungals, as I'm barely taking the optimal amount of coconut oil at

this time.

I'm writing from my home this morning, as I had to take the day off of

work. I ended up having another difficult night last night. I finally

got a bit of an appetite back, so I had some dinner (beef and butter

and coconut oil, my usual).

I was in the restroom over and over again all throughout the night.

Eventually I felt very sick while I was at the toilet and ended up

vomiting my dinner. After which, I felt much better. I also started to

have green loose stools, like the color of leaves on a tree.

Needless to say it is distressing, but I'm feeling a bit better this

morning. I'm making some beef broth to nourish myself today, with sea

salt, and going to add a little coconut oil and butter to it to

thicken it up a little.

The vomiting was pretty distressing... Haven't had that happen before

while following the candida program. Guess there is cleansing and

healing to be done.

Best wishes to everyone.

Dear ,

I know just how you feel. I have been cutting down on starches and

increasing coconut oil and am up to 4tbsp a day. Physically I feel

better except for weakness upon exercise but mentally I feel like I'm

losing my mind. My heart does work hard most of the time. I decided

to try to go off my sedatives again(which I did for two weeks a month

ago without any problem) but talk about high anxiety. It has been

eight days without any starches and I didn't know it would affect my

emotions this way.

You keep up the fight as well as I will but sometimes we just need to

know we're not alone in this mania. Has anyone used any herbs to help

them through this crisis time? We all talk about how bad the

pharmaceutical stuff is but there has to be some natural alternatives.
