Guest guest
Bee - I really think now that it was a reaction to the niacin. Sorry - I didn't mean to alarm you - I am NOT having heart palpitations or hives. I am just getting upset about all these strange new things happening to my body. > > > > Hi Bee & Doug - > > > > I am taking Bee's recommended 50mg dosage of niacin. Guest guest
No Doug - I am not breaking up the 50mg pill up. I could only find 100mg so I am breaking that in half. Going forward, I will break up the 50mg pill. Thanks for the advice! Is it best to take most at night? > > You are breaking the 50 mg naicin pill in half, and taking 1/2 in the > morning and half in the evening, correct?? Guest guest
Within 20 mins of the incident the redness went away. I don't think it's food poisoning either! Guest guest
Sorry... that was a typo on my part. I meant break up the 100 mg pill in half! I usually take which ever half is bigger after my supper. Glad you're doing better! > > No Doug - > I am not breaking up the 50mg pill up. I could only find 100mg so I am > breaking that in half. There's no need to take it mostly at night. Bee >
