Also have problem with ratios :(

I calculated my ratios today, my fats and carbs are close to where

they should be, but I also have a problem with protein intake being

too high. It should be around 65 g, but it actually goes as high as

140 or higher. And I reallly don't overeat on proteins. Hmm...

Is it dangerous to eat too much or does the body just get rid of the

excess?
