Guest guest
I calculated my ratios today, my fats and carbs are close to where they should be, but I also have a problem with protein intake being too high. It should be around 65 g, but it actually goes as high as 140 or higher. And I reallly don't overeat on proteins. Hmm... Is it dangerous to eat too much or does the body just get rid of the excess? Thanks, Ivanda > > Hi a, > > I'll have to play around with adding more butter and olive oil, > although I don't want too much olive oil as I recently lost 30 lbs. > (since May of last year) and would like to keep that off if > possible.
