I was sick about a week before Christmas with a stomach virus and then

it came back the day after Christmas and lasted about two days. Now

today my husband is sick with it and again my stomach is bothering me

again and have gone to the bathroom a couple of times. The only thing

that has not come back yet is the vomitting. Is there anything to help

this and prevent it from coming back again. This is the first time in

a long time that I have gotten sick and then it comes back again. I am

tired of it already.

Thanks so much for your help in advance

==>Theresa, your body could be re-tracing previous episodes you've had

per Hering's Law of Cures. That is if you are carefully following the

diet. Any indiscretions could make the stomach and bowels upset.

Also over Christmas we are often eating foods that aren't healthy, and

that could trigger stomach & bowel upsets. Stomach and bowel upsets

are one of the ways the body gets rid of toxins.

==>You may have episodes in future, depending upon how many times

you've had them in your lifetime, and also how carefully you stick to

the diet.

==>One of the best treatments is ginger tea, or ginger plus fennel

tea. It is best to make teas from raw ginger and fennel seeds.
