I don't recall exactly all of the articles and details about how to massage, tap, etc. Maybe get clarification by doing a search. Guest guest
What is the best way to locate the glands? Betty [ ] adrenal tapping etc. later in the day Thanks Bee, I suppose the time of day when to do it also applies to the adrenal tapping, thymus thumping, hot/cold shower and reflexology? Everything in the morning or up to early evening? BTW, for adrenal tapping, does the hand need to be cupped? It's hard to reach around there as it is. Elyse Bee wrote: > ==>Hi Elyse. You can try searching on the internet for pictures of the body that show the different glands. Luv, Bee

Thanks. I tried tapping my own adrenals like it describes and it works okay to cup the hand, but if you use the fist do it gently; maybe try thumping gently with the fist. I wouldn't use a tool if I were you. Luv, Bee
Guest guest
> > Where are the adrenal glands? ==>Hi, would you please put your name at the end of your messages? Thanks. Also you need to trim your messages - the instructions were just posted on our group today; as a reminder it is posted every 2 weeks. The adrenals are little caps just at the top of the kidneys. The kidneys are two small organs located near the vertebral column (spine) at the small of the back.
