snack ideas for kids

My daughter starts kindergarten in about two weeks, and I'm stumped for snack

ideas. We've been doing broths, boiled eggs, carrots with peanut butter dip,

etc, at home, but I'm feeling a little overwhelmed in this area. I need

something that I can pack for her to eat during snacktime at school that doesn't

need to be heated, etc. I am slowly transitioning our children to Bee's candida

diet, but for now we are still doing some properly prepared nuts/seeds and nut

butters, and a few higher carb veggies here and there. Of course, the goal is to

get rid of this alltogether, if needed. I'm currently trying to cut out fruits,

but she seems to tolerate stevia well...

Also, if anyone has any advice about how to handle the technical and *emotional*

side of this. I have spoken with the school and simply told them that we are

trying to get her " food allergies " under control. They are fine with me packing

a snack. However, I know all the other kids will be eating junk, junk, junk. She

knows that she is feeling better, but it's easy to forget that when everyone

else is eating goldfish crackers and gummy snacks. So any FUN snack ideas are

appreciated! At this point, I'd love any advice or tips you all offer!
