Dear ,

You can't stop eating everything that converts to sugar or you die, since

your cells run on sugar, and everything can be converted to sugar by your

body if it has to.

It is only REFINED sugars that you need to avoid.

Yeast is common in many people, both women and men.

Stop eating anything that is sugary or can convert into sugar in your body.

Sugar helps yeast grow.

Hi Saul,

Yes, for the most part refinded sugars need to be avoided, but some people

need to stay away from things that convert into sugar because they have problems

with their body working correstly. Potatos, sugar, pop, are not good for many

people if you already have a yeast problem. If you don't have a major healt

problem dealing with processing sugars from your body and you get enough

exercise you'll be ok.

One regular size potato converts into the same thing as 1/3 cup of sugar. If

you have yeast just stop eating starches for a couple weeks.

Again, I agree with you.

If anybody ever wonders if they have a problem with candidia, you

don't even have to have any expensive test to find out. Simply quit

eating any carbs, including fruit, patatoes, bread, anything refinded

or not. If you start to ache, especially the low back, with flu like

symptoms, you can believe you have it. If you want to make sure,

just eat some carbs. If the pain goes away, you've got it.

Testing is free, and can be done in the privacy of your own home. :)

Hi Gail, Yes, it's fairly simple.

A long time ago I was a police officer. I arrested a gay for drunk driving.

His attorney got him off and I'm glad he did. This was the weirdest case I've

ever seen. This guy had such a bad yeast candida over-growth that his body was

producing his own alcohol. His breathe was terrible, but you could smell the

alcohol, but it was very bad. His feet were blistered with fungus. He had sores

all over his body. He craved sugar like a drug user. He had problems thinking

and no balance. When he blew into the breathalyzer he failed the test and he

claimed he didn't drink. I thought he was lying, but several people came to

court and were very sure he didn't drink. Doctors came in and testified that he

was maintaining a certin alcohol level for days without drinking.

This pour guy was a mess. The jury found him not guilty. It was the only case

I felt good about losing. His doctor started treating him and he got better,

lost a lot of weight and in about 6 months was looking fairly human again. It

was the weirdest thing I've ever seen. Getting arrested probably saved his life

for yeast over growth.

  • 2 years later...

This is embarrassing, but during my anorexic days I would chew and spit food

to get the taste of it but not the calories. Sorry, I hope I am not grossing

anybody out. I always wondered if that contributed to my candida problem

because I would use sugary or carby foods to do so. But maybe it didn't

because of what you said below?

a

P.S. I am not trying to say that doing that was a good thing!

>

> How does sugary foods feed candida i.e when the food gets absorbed

in the intestine or when it gets into the blood system?

==>Those foods feed candida in the digestive system, not in the

bloodstream, which increases the amount of toxins candida produces.

There are over 79 different kinds of toxins, most of which are

alcohol. Most of the candida overgrowth is located in the digestive

tract.
