Currently I take 1 to 2 tablespoons per day, sometimes 3, one day I

did 4. But anytime I try and increase it I just get liquid bowel

movements. Even on 1 to 2 tablespoons, my bowel movements are loose.

(Although, things did firm up for a couple of days a little while

ago, which I wrote to the group about, but it didn't last). I can't

imagine my body ever tolerating the 5 to 6 tablespoons recommended.

How am I to progress? Will my bowel movements ever firm up on that

much coconut oil?

==>, yes your bowel movements will firm up, but for whatever

reason your bowels are still detoxifying. You should eat all fats

with meals that contain meats or eggs. Do not increase coconut oil

too soon. You can do well on 3 tbls. per day too. Do other fats

also make your bowels loose or it is only the coconut oil?

Hello Bee,

Thanks for your answer re coconut oil. In regards to your question

about other oils making my bowels loose, I'm not sure because I've been

taking the coconut oil along with the other fats since I began the

diet. I will not use coconut oil at all tomorrow and see how things go.

(I'm sure going to miss my coconut oil for the day as I love it, crave

it even.)

Thanks again,

==>, you shouldn't stop taking the coconut oil, just don't

increase it.
