the most serious and embarrising candida problem i have is this oral

thrush it makes me have bad breath and ashamed to open my mouth and

talk..i also feel like its sticking to my chest when i swallow please

help....i read your ways of gettin rid of thrush but what is the best

way? and i saw the hydrogen peroxide method it said 50% hydrogen and

50% water but it didnt say how much to use at a time please
