Guest guest
I'd like to purchase a Nourishing Traditions cookbook. Does anyone have one they want to sell or know where to get a used one? On Ebay they're no less than at a regular bookstore or Amazon.com. Is there another cookbook that would have recipes suitable for this diet? I could try and get it from the library. The waiting list at the library for NT is too long. Thanks, Elyse

Sometimes they have good prices on books. It could be that this is just a popular book and those who buy it, like it, and keep it...and there's no need to discount it. I've been on this board for a long time and have never heard of any other cookbook referred to as being worth one's time/money. Even Dr. Crook's book is not as good. When you know your way around the diet, you can adapt some recipes to fit...as well, check out the recipe files here or on Bee's website www.healingnaturallybybee.com for other ideas. jackie
Guest guest
Hello Elyse, Do you have a Walmart in your area? They sell the paperback at walmart.com for $15.30(retail is $25.00) and they may have a copy in a Walmart near you which would save you on shipping. Hope this helps. :-) Debra NW macedgeca <macedgeca@...> wrote: I'd like to purchase a Nourishing Traditions cookbook. Does anyone have one they want to sell or know where to get a used one?
