external vaginal red and swollen

Dear Bee,

I have had external vaginal redness and swollenness for months. There

is no discharge or pain. In the past, I have had burning. Tests for

yeast and bacteria infection come up negative. I put the coconut oil

on every morning and night. I don't know what else to do. Could you

please help? Is anyone else experiencing these symptoms and what can

be done about it? Maybe it is candida...maybe it could be something

different?
