" ) Jecca I found that pork is what agrees with me most. It seems I really need the heavy fats in pork. I love the fact that the fatty cuts (shoulder) that I like are the cheaper ones. Any leftover chunks of fat that don't get eaten with a meal I cook in the convection oven until crisp for a snack. Yum. Anyway, if you have any good organ meat recipes I would really like to see them. I can't even get my family to eat liver yet. Still working on it.
