through? It would be nice to know if anyone else's candida manifested

itself with gerd symptoms.

==>Yes I vomited everything else. I had ulcers for years, since I

was 14 years old, horrible GERD, a hiatal hernia, etc. Yes, candida

does manifest itself in GERD symptoms, and this program does cure it!

>

> When I ate the beans my throat burned and got inflammed and my face

> stung. Is that common for a candida flare?

==>Yes that can occur with some people. It depends upon how the

candida has most affected a person, i.e. where it has attacked their

body the most. Symptoms vary person to person because of this. Some

people's symptoms are focused on other areas. There are numerous

symptoms caused by candida because the toxins are so damaging. I

knew a lady who had brain lesions caused by candida and after 2 years

on the program there were no more lesions.

> I could have them a few monthes ago and now I can't. The last time

that happened I was eating a peanut butter sandwich with honey on

sourdough. Any of those could have done it I suppose. So is it

candida causing these new food sensitivities or something else wrong

with my digestion? I just hope we're not missing something here

because my food is just not digesting well. Candida can do all this?

==>Yes candida can do all of this. It's not food sensitivities

exactly; it's that those foods feed candida making it overgrow even

more creating increased symptoms. Candida causes digestive problems,

so as you progress on this program and do everything recommended to

improve your digestion, your digestion will also be corrected.

Please read my article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida "

carefully so you understand better how all of this works.

my hopes up).

==>Good for you on doing an enema. It will help you a lot. What you

found is mucous, because the body creates mucous to flush out toxins.

That's a good sign. See this article about mucus (mucous):

Bee, how long did it take you to get rid of the GERD? How did you

figure out it was candida causing it?

I was starting to give up hope this morning because the Gerd is as

bad now as when it first started. I feel I could reach down and pull

out chucks of food from my throat (sorry that's gross). The

discomfort almost immobilizes me. It's hard to walk and breathe from

the constant pressure in my chest. It seems like nothing's working.

Shouldn't I be seeing some improvement by now if it is caused by

candida? Instead I'm getting worse and I'm not even cheating!

So the flakes in the toilet were mucous? This is probably common for

most people to have then, right? I was hoping it was candida.

Evidence, you know?

Thanks

==>GERD is a common symptom of candida which is written about on many

websites and in books. That is because candida can overgrow in the

mouth, throat, esophagus and stomach, as well as any other mucus

membranes in the body. Candida grows colonies which can block some

areas like the feeling of lumps in your throat, and it can attach

itself to the opening of the esophagus.

==>It takes one month of natural healing for every year you've been

unwell in order to cure it.

==>You will get worse before you get better like the articles on

natural healing talk about, see this one in particular, which

explains how the symptoms you had prior to starting on the program

intensify: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php

==>Yes what you described was mucous. I understand how you want

evidence, but you aren't trying to " get rid of candida " , however

killing it off helps a lot and it makes the colonies smaller; you are

trying to build up your immune system so it will make candida change

back to a good guy.

I just had an endoscopy done on monday and there was no yeast found

in my esophagus or my stomach even though that's what my doctor

insists is causing the GERD. Is it possible that it wouldn't show up

on a biopsy?

Do you ever see " evidence " in the toilet of the candida?

So, for the first week on the diet I felt really tired and low blood

sugar weird-thought that was die-off. Well, now the GERD has

intensified 20X! It went from bad to " I can't stand to be in my own

skin " bad. It just hit a few days ago, I even taste bile in my

mouth. Could this possibly be the die-off? I didn't cheat so I don't

know what triggered it, but something did...

Sorry, I'm new here so I might have misunderstood since you might have been

writing here on the list for years. But have you started the diet and been on

it for a week? I just understood today that it will probably take me at least a

month before I can fully follow all the guidelines? Did you start that slowly

and still felt that bad?

==>Yes it is possible candida overgrowth might not show up on a

biopsy!

>

==>No, not usually.

==>What you are experiencing is die-off symptoms. Die-off symptoms

mimic low blood sugar symptoms, i.e. weakness, fatigue, sleepiness,

etc. They are caused by more candida toxins being going into the

whole body, which have increased in numbers when you follow the diet.

It is possible you changed over to the diet too fast. It should take

you about 1 month. If you change it too quickly it will cause a lot

more uncomfortable symptoms, and it can also cause constipation

because you cannot get your natural fats high enough is such a short

time. Fats like butter and coconut oil recommended on the diet are

both antifungal so they must be started at low amounts and only very

gradually increased.

To understand more about die-off symptoms see this article " Die-Off

Symptoms " : http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal2.php

Hang in there. We'll see what you can adjust so you don't feel so

horrible. Write and let me know what is happening.

The best to you, Bee

no, I was on a similar diet but cut out a few more things, like

grains. I am trying to get rid of a MAJOR health problem but I'm

wondering now if the candida even is the underlying issue. It seems

to severe.
