Guest guest Posted October 29, 2007 Report Share Posted October 29, 2007 Hi everyone. Week 5! I'm having a little trouble getting in enough fat according to the ratios. I've gone through the files but I get distracted reading other stuff. I just can't seem to pinpoint what I need. The ratios are that I need 162.5g of fat per day...right now the die off is still so bad that I can only tolerate about 1 tbsp of coconut oil or my gallbladder really flares up. Any suggestions on what I could eat to get the fat without the protein. Only allowed 52g protein per day. THANKS! Oh...and if there is a specific file, could someone just gently point me there.
