It doesn't put weight on for me and I eat a " ton " of it - put it in and on everything. Gail
Guest guest
I'm not sure if it's a matter of it being pasteurized or not. I've had the raw stuff too and still put on weight. But I think it's more of a matter of I *LOVE* butter and will eat too much of it if I eat it. If I eat it I crave it, but I do not crave broccoli, coconut oil, garlic, etc. I avoid foods that trigger me. Luv, Debby San , CA --- Bee Wilder <beeisbuzzing2003@...> wrote: > Hi Debby & Others. Guest guest
I now have 20 pounds more to lose.....yea!! Really had thought my weight was never going to normalize, after a 3 year run of gains. It was only after increasing oils/butter. Stabilizes blood sugar for me. Now I just forget to eat. It is so cool. But I must admit, I eat about 1/2 stick of butter daily, sometimes more. The coconut oil, best effort is 3-6 Tbsp daily. And a bit of EVO when cooking. Usually mix EVO with Tbsp butter. I lost 3 pounds this week, after going 2 weeks of no loss. Not real sure how things will go as the goal weight approaches. Only time will tell. Guest guest
Zunni, that is fantastic news! I am steadily losing weight as well. 3 days on the diet and 3 lbs gone! I have noticed though that since I used olive oil yesterday on my salad instead of the coconut oil, that my blood sugar readings were a bit higher. I think I will stick with CO and butter from now on as my main fats. with Metta, ~Lori~ > > I now have 20 pounds more to lose.....yea!! Pasteurization, which is very high heat, destroys valuable nutrients and enzymes in anything that is treated with it. In butter it denatures the proteins. But pasteurization doesn't destroy everything in butter, thank goodness. Bee >
