Guest guest
Bee and All, I've posted before in regards to this and have pretty much come to the conclusion that my sour underarm odor is from toxins flushing out. This has been happening for a couple months now and the only thing that helps short term (odor reappears within a couple hours or less) is coconut oil rubbed on. (More bathing, skin brushing, chlorella, baking soda, the deodorant stone, epsom salt baths and other suggestions haven't helped) The problem that's developed along with that is my clothes are taking on the same odor - and it remains even after washing them. I've tried using baking soda in the load, vinegar in the rinse and warm instead of cold water - all failures in helping the problem. I've also tried clothing shields and still the odor gets through. So now I don't even get a fresh start after washing as the clean clothes I put on already smell. Does anyone have any other ideas of how to get smells out of clothes? Or other detox measures that might help? Also, does anyone know if long term insomnia (please, no natural remedy suggestions as I've tried all those - I get to sleep fine -I'm experiencing a major grief that disrupts my sleep) and extreme emotional stress can add to the toxic load? Thanks, Anita
