Boy would I like to get past this stage I'm in. ==>Sometimes you do need to " push through " some symptoms in order to get to the other side. Guest guest
OK, I'll try it. Is there a reason you normally recommend people wait until they're taking antifungals orally first before they do antifungal enemas? Guest guest
Bee, Would you recommend I use garlic or Pau D'arco? Does it make a diference? Dear Elyse, When I did my first antifungal and probiotic enemas, I asked Bee which would be best to start with and she recommended Pau D'Arco and Rejuvelac. Hope this helps. :-) Debra NW
Guest guest
Thanks for letting me know Debra. I'll use the Pau D'Arco, but I don't have the energy to make Rejuvelac as well. I'll have to use acidophilus, maybe I'll make it half strength, what do you think? Guest guest
Debra, I used oil of oregano and the acidopholus pills (two of them) as well, was that okay? Why didn't I think of Pau D'Arco? Oh well. Cary macedgeca <macedgeca@...> wrote: Thanks for letting me know Debra. I'll use the Pau D'Arco, but I don't have the energy to make Rejuvelac as well. I believe it is better to stick to just one type of antifungal or probiotic per enema. I believe Bee says Oregano Oil is not a good idea as it can be irritating to the bowel lining. If you are using acidolphlus from capsules, do make sure it is an acidolphlus that Bee approves of. For the right amount when using capsules you will want to empty out enough capsules to make a teaspoon. I think I would stick to Bee's suggestions while on her Candida Diet. She has researched everything very well and knows what works best, especially with her program. Here is her file link for Antifungal & Probiotic Enemas. http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/enema3.php Hope this helps. :-) Debra NW

As long as it is an acidophilus that Bee recommends, you could use 1 teaspoon per enema without a problem as it is very healing. Hope this helps. :-) Debra NW
