==>Dear Lelita. My heart goes out to you my friend. You are doing

the best you can under the circumstances. Losses and having to be

strong to support others can be very draining. Might I suggest you

keep up your energy by having Bee's Egg Drink, even if you have to

have it 3 times a day. It is very nourishing, provides great energy

from the fats, and it is so easy to digest when you are under such

stress. You should ensure you are taking all of your supplements

too. It has gotten me through the last few days. :) It is very

important to maintain your nourishment levels.

Let me know if that works for you or not and I'll see what else I can

come up with.

Luv & Hugs, Bee

Lelita (and Bee),

I too have been experiencing grief over loss - in my case over an

extended period of time. I can't put myself in your shoes but I know

how overwhelming and exhausting it has been and continues to be for

me. I wanted to agree with Bee about her egg drink as I have been so

grateful for it at this time. I make up a drink the day before (I use

5 eggs plus lots of butter and coconut oil and spices) and sip it ice

cold throughout the next day (I do eat meat and veggies for dinner).

The simplicity of it (and peace of mind that I'm getting the

nutrients I need - along with supplements)is so helpful to my

fatigued body and mind.

Know you're not alone in your grief and I hope the best for you,

Anita T.

Hi,

Where can I get the recipe for the Egg Drink. I guess the recipe

files are not coming through now.

I see above it says 5 eggs, etc. but if you keep it in the

refrigerator(since it is for all day) doesn't the butter and coconut

oil get thick.

Thank you, Ellen " -)

Hello Bee,

I am interested in the recipe for your special egg drink (mentioned

below). Can you send that to me?

I really need the link to determine the proper fat/protien ratio as

well and how to determine a diet proper to my personal weight.

I am already experiencing good results from reading all the mail, but

having trouble finding certain information based on all the recent

confusion.

I am approaching the next phase of introducing the yeast killers, but

am not sure what products to use.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

L.B.

==>Hi L.B. - for Bee's Raw Egg Drink go the Group's Files (left-hand

menu) on our Group's website:

/

==>Use your Edit/Find on this page function at the top of your

Internet Browser and search using the word Recipes - inside the

Recipe Folder you'll find different folders - look for the Drinks &

Teas Folder - the egg drink is the 1st one.

==>Your basic reference for all of my recommendations are in my main

article " How to Successfully Overcome Candida " which is located in

the Group's Files (left-hand menu) - scroll down to the 2nd Folder,

which is " B) Bee's Candida Article & How to Get Started " - click on

that folder and my article is #3. Inside that article find the

Antifungals Section for recommended yeast killers.

The best, Bee
