Bee,

I have been to two alternative dentists and am I on your Candida diet

and still I have had burning mouth for 3 1/2 years with no relief in

sight. My doctors claim I have no signs of Thrush either. Do you have

any other ideas on what to do?

Hi ,

Sounds like me. I've had burning mouth for 10+ years. The worst has been over

the last year or so. Dentist and doctors see no signs of Thrush. It's been

better lately, knock on wood. I'm on a Candida Diet recommended by my doctor

and nutritionists. Still have altered taste and feeling in my mouth. I think

some of it has to do with my stuffy sinuses.

Happy Holidays,

Beth

==>, ensure you are taking the B vitamins as recommended because

lack of some of them can cause your mouth to burn. Also it is

important that you eat good red meats, including liver, to obtain the

nutrients they contain which, along with the supplements I recommend,

to help the body absorb and utilize B12. The entire diet plus

supplements works together, so leaving out any supplements will cause

problems. However, do not take one of the B vitamins in excess of

others, because it will cause imbalances, except for Niacin as I

recommend.

Secondly if you have ever burned your mouth in the past, i.e. with

hot liquids, your body will re-trace those episodes in order to heal

them properly. Also, some drugs will cause the mouth to burn,

particularly as your body is getting rid of them during natural

healing.

Also, lack of good circulation can also cause burning, which is

caused by candida toxins making all of the body's cells go

rigid/stiff.

Lack of adequate oxygen in the body also causes problems but niacin

helps that a great deal as well as as other B vitamins, in addition

to other supplements, i.e. vitamin E and vitamin C.

==>Hi Beth. See my reply to to understand what may be causing

your mouth to burn. Also because the body re-traces previous

symptoms, dental procedures, etc. to get rid of the toxins and re-

build the area, you could also experience a burning mouth. But do

ensure you are taking the recommended B vitamins (balanced as written

in my supplements list), including Niacin.
