A very strange thing happend to me today!

Hi everyone,

I really panicked today. As I was having my egg with about two

spoonfuls of butter and two spoonsfuls of coconut oil (having already

had a spoonful of Linseed oil (ortho insists) this morning, a funny

wave like apparition came over my left eye. It was as though I had a

piece of grease in my eye which I tried to get rid of but could not.

It kept coming back as I tried to blink it out. It was like a wave of

horizontal light over my left eye. Went to the mirror to see if I had

something in my eye and noticed I could not even focus. Then my heart

started to pound and I thought I was going to faint. My husband made

me lie down and it passed away after about 20 minutes. But it was

veeeery scary! Okay, what did I experience? Was it too much fat at

one time? (I had been having one spoonful of coconut oil without

problems up to then. Was it die off or what. I hope I never

experience it again. I would be grateful if anyone can shed light on it.
