I have Pseudoachondroplasia. I have never gone into labor but have had

3 planned c-sections. My older girls are 17 and 18 and I also have a 2

year old who was born when I was 37. We are again being blessed with a

child who will be born in March when I will be 40 yrs old.

Physically, I have felt better during pregnancy than any other time in

my life. I have severe arthritis which is relieved greatly during

pregnancy. I have also had a Harrington Rod spinal fusion and 4 hip

replacements.

Doctors may not like the idea of you having children -- at ANY age! You

may also get rude comments from people. It's your decision (and the

father's) and barring some serious health problems - go ahead. Women

are waiting till their 40s AND 50s to have babies nowadays. There are

risks involved - educate yourself - but don't be scared off by age

statistics.

I have wonderful children and wouldn't trade them or the experience of

carrying and raising them for anything in this world.

My 2004 edition of Palmer's book (see below) devotes about eight pages (I think) to pregnancy with liver disease. If you order the book, be SURE you're getting the 2004 edition, not the 2000 edition. It should cost about $11 US.

A member of our group, Loes in the Netherlands, had a healthy baby last year. I believe others in this group also have had babies recently.

Do you know the book by Dr Palmer, "Dr Palmer's Guide to Hepatitis and Liver Disease". It is very helpful, and can be obtained via amazon.com or bookshops, or via Dr Palmer's website, www.liverdisease.com. There are sections of the book summarised on that site, and a new edition came out recently. There is a section in the book devoted to AIH; and a discussion about AIH and pregnancy, where Dr Palmer says" Women with AIH generally have successful pregnancies and deliveries"

Hi all-

I was told by my " alternative practitioner " on Wed that I might

have cancer, and now I discover that I am pregnant! I was wondering,

but thought maybe my periods were just messed up. I am actually

excited, but also wondering what to do *if* I do have problem, which

for now I am believing that I don't. I took a couple of drops of

diluted h2o2 in water per the article in the files, yesterday and

today, and I feel some better already. But, in searching the web, I

see that some people say that h2o2 therapy (internally) is not okay

during pregnancy...I have also been taking extra oral vitamin C until

I can see a doctor, which won't be for two more weeks. Anyway, my

question is: Is h202 okay during pregnany? Should I do baking soda or

just wait until I see a doctor to do anything? I am not ideally

healthy, obviously, to be pregnant, but I am trusting God; He can make

all things new.

Thanks-Jenni Grant

First thing I would do is get a new " doctor " , because he can't tell

the difference between lymphatic cancer and pregnancy with his new

age methods.

Second thing, I would not worry about cancer until it is verified by

a very definitive blood test by a " normal, " if misguided, doctor. If

you have lymphoma, it will show up on a blood test to near 100%

certainty. You can then treat it alternatively.

Third... if you had that blood test and it was positive, THEN start

worrying about cancer therapies. It does you no good to worry

yourself about nothing. You mention trusting God... you can't trust

him and live in irrational fear at the same time... especially under

such circumstances of a " shady " diagnosis to begin with!!! A very

wise man once said, " Why do you worry about tomorrow? Today has

enough worries of it's own. " Right? ;)

Fourth... CELEBRATE!!!! YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE A NEW BABY!!!!

YAY!!! :) Put a little fake cream (recipe folder) on top of your

egg drink... you know... go crazy!!

Fifth... after you see a regular doctor and if you realize you don't

have lymphoma... do as I suggested earlier and punch the quack in the

mouth for scaring you with such a HORRIBLE and FRIGHTENING

diagnosis. (I'm kidding of course) People like that shouldn't be

allowed to practice " medicine " if it turns out he was mistaken. And

if I were you, I would demand my money back while I was at it and

tell all my friends... and maybe even a letter to the Editor.

Sixth... even if you did have lymphoma, continue to trust God,

because he can make all things new, like you say!!!

Seventh... The womb is designed to be a pretty amazing place that

does a wonderful job of protecting what's inside from what is

outside. It will be okay! Just be very careful about what

supplements you are taking and how often. The good thing about Bee's

plan is that there are not a whole lot of supplements involved...

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

-->Hi Jenni. Your own body produces hydrogen peroxide so I can't

understand why anyone would believe it is unsafe if you are pregnant.

Hopefully you are using food grade 35% H202, and it must be diluted

before taking it by the drop.

Alternatively you can take megadoses of vitamin C which stimulates

your body to produce H202. Start with 4,000 mg in divided doses

(taking both the tablets and ascorbic acid mixed 50/50 with baking

soda). Gradually increase doses (every 5 days) to bowel tolerance

(when you get loose stools). Once you've built up to a high level

(some people need as much as 200,000 mg per day) do not stop

suddenly; also gradually decrease doses the same way you increased

them - see this article: http://www.orthomed.com/titrate.htm

Thanks Steph,What is a recommended good vitamin C or multi-vitamin to take Currently i'm taking Super B from young -living ,Some omega 3 and Lypo- Spheric Vitamin-C....Any else recommended for t aking ?God Is Spoiling Me!! ...From: ladybugsandbees <ladybugsandbees@...>Subject: Re: Pregnancy Questioniodine Date: Thursday, November 5, 2009, 11:05 AM

It's not recommended to detox while pregnant. Most of this stuff passes through the placenta. Just take 12.5 mg of Lugol's, vit c, mag and whatever else you want to take on the nutrients list. You can detox after your done being pregnant and if applicable nursing. You can't do it now. Concentrate on protecting your baby at this point. Your body will trap the toxins in fat. I have read that the estrogen is protective.
