I recommend buying NOW brand 100% clove oil, and see the " Antifungal Folder " for a list of good Oil of Oregano brands. You only need one of those antifungals in addition to coconut oil and Pau D'Arco tea. Bee

Then garlic is the best choice of antifungal for you. As an alternative to raw crushed garlic can you buy Kyolic garlic capsules? Make clove tea with them and drink 4-5 cups per day - see our Recipes Files under Drinks. Bee
Guest guest
ordering supplements from " oversea " (i am german ) is always a little difficult for me. but i found some garlic capsules from Natures Way here in germany. The amounts of garlic in it are pretty much the same. i´ve also seen some garlic oil from natures way at the same shop: http://www.vanverde.com/product_info.php/info/p742_Knoblauch-Oel-- Garlic-Oil----1-oz--in-oliven-Oel-.html is it aösp worth a try eventually additional to the capsules? Guest guest
ordering supplements from " oversea " (i am german ) is always a little difficult for me. hi dave, have you tried a pharmacy (Apotheke)? Sometimes you can get certain things there that are hard to find online. Or try to find a Heilpraktiker that can order from companies that only sell to practitioners. If you don't know one, my friend here in Germany is a Heilpraktiker and if you tell me what exactly you are looking for I can ask her if she knows where you could find it. Feel free to use my personal email address since this is probably not related to the list. a
Guest guest
Dave, a good brand of oils in Germany are " Primavera " oils, they are 100% organic. You can get them in a Pharmacy (Apotheke) or in shops where you get organic food ( " Bioladen " or " Naturkostladen " ) Elli
