Guest guest
Hi Jecca, I hope from a reliable source that coffee is no-no and decaff is a worse no-no. They use a chemical to remove the caffeine and that chemical is carcinogenic. Anyone have further info on that? What I've created has come from knowing what I can and can't have on this plan. This is a variation of the Bee Drink recipe. I have added more eggs, fats and spices and less water with the swiss water processed decaf coffee concentrate replacing some of the water. I drink it throughout the day in place of two meals.I can send you the exact recipe if you are interested. Of course I had to slowly build up to the extra spices(eg. I add 2 tsp. of clove powder instead of 1 instead of drinking clove tea but you could keep spice ratios as they are) and fats to reduce die off but now I do well on it and find it delicious.
