Guest guest
Hi there! I'm trying the garlic method by crushing some garlic cloves and mixing with a little water and then dipping the cotton in and inserting it in my nostrils. It clears immediately, although they never feel all that plugged, they just feel 'not clear' if that makes any sense. Is there a certain amount of times to do this per day, or a certain amount of time to leave it in? Will this ease the postnasal drip any? That's the *real* culprit, it's also preventing really being able to eat. The postnasal has been so bad I can't get any food down at all, just small sips of liquid in between panic attacks. Yes! I do have a nasal wash, but I can only manage to get a little solution up in there---it feels like 'swimming smell' (LOL) but it doesn't actually run out the other nostril. It just runs back out. I have to be careful because of my gag reflex. If I trigger a panic attack I'll end up either awake for a whole night straight, or missing work that day. -Aeri ________________________________ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of joanne_finigan Sent: Thursday, October 26, 2006 2:32 PM Subject: [ ] gum ache hi bee i seem to have just finished retracing(i say seem cos i dont know 4 sure) the depression and sore breasts that i felt just after having my baby 8 months ago. now i have really sore gums where i had a tooth pulled out about 9/10 months ago, with lots of mucous blocked sinuses and head and cheek ache. seems i'm retracing right? i've never had retracing symptoms before but then i never took all the supplements that you suggest before. i am doing the sinus treatments and they are working quite well, thank God i had access to such treatments and thank you. lv joanne

I agree that you are retracing. That's very well done on spotting that you are retracing previous symptoms. My brother identified his retracing symptoms from about 1 year ago after he was on all of the diet and supplements about 1 month. It's amazing isn't it? > > i am doing the sinus treatments and they are working quite well, thank God i had access to such treatments and thank you. Dearest Joanne, I so thankful you had access to such treatments too. You are so very welcome - I'm blessed everyday by people like you who are having better lives because of me. Aeri, check out one of the other articles where it suggests doing snizzles and other nose drops. You need to do the above plus a snizzle, i.e. containing 50/50 H202 with water, or Sodium Ascorbate (vit C & baking soda) in water, or ocean sea salt & water, etc. These will help clear your passages while the garlic helps kill off candida. But it will be a battle because when you kill the candida it makes the body create more mucus. So stick closely to the diet and supplements as well - it all works together. Put clove oil on a cotton ball and apply directly to the gum; or even use oregano oil the same way. Did you know oregano oil's pain killing properties are as good as morphine. Question, did you ever injure your face or have serious dental surgery in the past? If you did, it could be retracing symptoms. Guest guest
Hi Joe, Coconut oil in the nose and ears helps get rid of toxins/mucus build up in the sinuses. I'm walking testimony to this ;+) I had two un-necessary root canals done due to this pain which did not go away until I addressed the candida. It could be retracing symptoms. When you've had anesthetics, novacaine, pain killers or antibiotics for such procedures they suppress symptoms so the body doesn't have the opportunity to heal it properly. During natural healing the body will go into an area that hasn't been completely healed in the past, so you'll re-experience the pain, etc. It should get better soon. Let me know how you do.
