Hi everyone,

I like using fitday for myself, tried to put my 6yo in (he's really

into this diet) to check his ratios, but they only allow kids older

than 13. I have two younger than that age that I'd like to monitor.

Does anyone know of any other site I can use to track fat/carb/protein

ratios for kids? Tried sparkpeople.com but that won't work either.

Once they find out *I* am 55 lbs and only 4'2 " , I think they'll be onto

me!!

Thanks,

~Cathe

If you are just trying to track ratios for him, why not put in a fictitious

age?

==>Cathe, you could be a dwarf. There is a list of Nutritional

Calculators here:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/foods10.php

Also I found another one:

http://www.hoptechno.com/nightcrew/sante7000/sante7000_search.cfm

You might have to set up a spreadsheet to add everything up. I do that

anyway, because I eat the same foods most of the time.

Let us know which one works well, so we can advise other parents.

TIA, Bee

I doubt fitday.com monitors their site that much. Just plug your 6yo

in there and say he's 13, and put his real weight and height. My wife

is 29 and is only 98 pounds. :)
